Main Ingredients of Your Role

• Safely and accurately select customer orders while building and wrapping pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet safely.
• Relocate products from racks to pallets utilizing order selecting software and equipment.
• Ensure correct product selection and verify that items are damage-free.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain clear aisles and organize pallet jacks.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperature environments from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly; move 1,000+ cases of product each shift.

What You Bring to the Table

• Must be able to read and communicate in English to engage in training and safety procedures, read labels, and complete reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically from Sunday to Friday; occasional weekends and holidays may be required.
• Preferred: Recent experience in high-endurance or physically demanding roles (e.g., healthcare, sports, fitness, farming, construction).
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is advantageous.

Compensation is based on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role ranges from $34.00 to $38.00.

This role also includes opportunities for overtime compensation, shift differentials, and freezer premiums.
