Location: Salem, MO

Compensation is competitive and is based on relevant experience, education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other applicable factors by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $22.28 and $24.13.

This position may also include overtime compensation, performance incentives tied to productivity and quality, and shift differentials.

Schedule:

Work Days: Sunday through Thursday

Shift Start Time: 5 PM until finish, with average shifts of 14-16 hours.

Starting Pay: $22.28 per hour!

Main Responsibilities:

• Select customer orders safely and accurately.
• Build and wrap pallets, meeting weekly standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets using order selecting software and equipment.
• Verify that the correct product has been selected and ensure it is free from damage.
• Efficiently deliver products to the correct dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with team members to clear aisles of debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be comfortable working in varied temperature environments ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively, moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift is essential.

What You Bring:

• Able to commit to 8+ hour night shifts, typically from Sunday to Thursday, and occasional weekends and holidays as required.
• Recent experience (within the last 6 months) in a physically demanding role (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction) is preferred.
• Experience selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is preferred.
