Compensation is competitive based on experience, education, and skills, with the expected base rate for this role between $21.75 and $26.50.

Selectors receive overtime, incentives, and shift differentials.

Schedule:

Sunday through Friday, starting at 5pm until completion with average shifts of 12-14 hours.

Main Ingredients of the Job

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, building and wrapping pallets to meet standards for productivity and accuracy.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate electric pallet jacks safely.
• Carefully move products from racks to pallets as directed by order selecting software.
• Validate selected products ensure they are correct and undamaged.
• Efficiently deliver products to the dock area and shrink wrap palletized orders.
• Team up to keep aisles clear and return equipment to charging areas.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in diverse temperatures ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees.
• Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling 20 to 80+ lbs repetitively, with over 1,000 cases moved during each shift.

What You Bring to the Table

• Proficiency in reading and communicating in English for training, safety, and reporting.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Recent experience in physically demanding roles preferred (e.g. healthcare, fitness, farming, construction).
• Experience in large scale order selection in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment preferred.
