Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist / Forklift Driver Location: Mt. Pleasant, TX Pay Range: $18.00 per hour Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Job Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (30-60 days)

What Will You Be Doing?

• Read production schedules and orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Convey materials between receiving or production areas, storage, and other designated locations.
• Sort and organize materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Fulfill requisitions and requests for materials to support production activities.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare for distribution.
• Label materials with identifying information.
• Open various containers to access materials for processing.
• Maintain accurate records of materials received or distributed.
• Weigh or count items as needed to ensure compliance with standards.
• Organize stock parts for smooth assembly by other workers.
• Utilize computer systems to enter and maintain records.
• Drive a forklift to transport items as required.
• Complete requisition forms for additional supplies.
• Package orders for shipment.
• Keep inventory records updated.

What Are We Looking For?

• Prior warehouse experience.
• Forklift operation experience (preferably sit-down forklifts).
• Strong communication skills to convey information effectively.
• Mathematical skills for basic calculations and ratio analysis.
• A meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical capability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
