A Warehouse Management System (WMS) Manager is responsible for overseeing the WMS in operations and maintaining the system. You will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure that the system is properly configured, maintained, and optimized to meet the needs of the business.

• System Configuration: setting up parameters, defining workflows, and creating rules for inventory management.
• System Maintenance: ensuring proper maintenance and updates, resolving system issues, coordinating upgrades, and ensuring system functionality.
• User Training: creating training materials, delivering sessions, and providing ongoing support.
• Data Analysis: identifying trends, optimizing inventory levels, and improving warehouse efficiency.
• System Integration: with ERP or order management systems for seamless data flow.
• Technical Support: for DHL site team and customers, including testing and project planning.

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a similar field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of transportation or logistics experience
• 4+ years in a similar role
