We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Tualatin facility. The ideal candidate will drive productivity, maintain a safe and efficient workplace, manage staff, and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for inventory integrity, process improvement, KPI reporting, and workforce development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience managing warehouse operations
• 2+ years in a managerial role preferred
• Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse and material handling equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or business is a plus
• Proven leadership ability with experience hiring, training, and developing teams
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS), RF scanning, and basic data analysis; experience with ERP integration a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel) and KPI reporting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts

Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations: inbound receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping
• Lead, coach, schedule, and evaluate warehouse staff (supervisors, associates, temporary workers)
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation, and root-cause corrective actions
• Maintain safety, security, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, site policies)
• Implement and sustain process improvements (5S, Lean, Kaizen) to raise efficiency and reduce costs
• Monitor and report KPIs: on-time shipments, order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, labor productivity, inventory shrink
• Coordinate with transportation, customer service, and accounting teams to meet client SLAs
• Oversee equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and vendor relationships
• Manage staffing levels, labor forecasting, and cost control within budget
• Lead investigations for discrepancies, incidents, and customer claims; implement preventative measures
