As we expand our North American footprint, we are establishing a strong foundation for logistics and customer support through our strategic warehouse in Elkhart, Indiana—the heart of the RV industry.

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize daily warehouse operations, support our growing logistics and service infrastructure, and ensure a professional, efficient, and scalable warehouse environment.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations including inventory management, shipping and receiving, material handling, and staff coordination. This position is critical to shaping warehouse processes and driving operational excellence as Fogatti scales in the U.S. and Canada.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining physical warehouse work with strategic planning and team management. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in warehouse operations, with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in daily operations: receiving, picking, packing, and shipping RV appliances and components.
• Oversee and refine inventory control processes, ensuring accuracy in counts, labeling, and system records.
• Coordinate inbound shipments from overseas manufacturing sites and outbound deliveries to OEMs, dealers, and direct customers.
• Design and maintain warehouse organization systems (racking, labeling, zoning, etc.).
• Implement and uphold best practices for safety, cleanliness, and productivity.
• Lead and train a growing warehouse team, including future part-time or full-time staff.
• Work cross-functionally with U.S.-based sales, service, and operations teams to align warehouse performance with business needs.
• Maintain regular communication with Fogatti's global logistics and operations teams, including partners in China.
• Track and report on key warehouse performance metrics (inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, shipment quality, etc.).
• Collaborate with leadership to develop scalable SOPs, systems, and workflows as demand grows.
• Manage product returns, warranty-related logistics, and quality control inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, including 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of shipping/receiving, inventory control, and warehouse organization.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic proficiency in tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams and departments.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate operational needs.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in the RV industry or related parts distribution environment.
• Knowledge of international supply chains, especially involving U.S.-China logistics.
• Experience with product staging for trade shows, OEM shipments, or mobile service teams.
