Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesThe role of a Warehouse Manager is to manage logistics activities of the plant floor and deploy the Logistics (PC&L) policy.
The main missions of the role are:
Ensure customer satisfaction by supervising day-to-day activities, anticipating supplier requirements, and maintaining good relationships with production.Manage the launch of new programs within the plant.Lead the logistics team and set PC&L objectives to the shop floor.Ensure adequate staffing, training, and development of team members.Monitor logistics processes by supervising day-to-day activities.Prepare and propose the 7DB to the PCL management team.Assure the responsibility of the Conveyance Supervisors and the Shipping Supervisors and Clerks.Improve & enhance performance and relationships of Suppliers and Logistics Customers.Monitor logistics performance and implement necessary improvement actions in coordination with other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …).Participate in the development of the Plant PC&L network.All other assigned tasks.Your profile and competencies to succeedQualifications
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Minimum education level: Master's Degree in Business Management, Engineering or Supply Chain.
Experience:
Familiarity with PC&L and Production.Managing Shipping/Deadlines.Experience Managing a Warehouse or a Team is preferred.Skills and competencies:
