Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of our distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient and effective distribution of goods. The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:
·Operations Management - Oversee operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
·Inventory Control - Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
·Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
·Safety and Compliance - Ensure all warehouse activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Promote a safe working environment.
·Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
·Logistics Coordination - Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
·Budget Management - Develop and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
·Customer Service - Work closely with customer service teams to address and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment and delivery.
·Reporting – Review and/or prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics to senior management.
Requirements:
·Bachelor's degree from an accredited University in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
·Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a distribution center environment at a minimum as a shift manager or assistant building manager.
·Strong leadership and team management skills.
·Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
·Proficient in warehouse management software (WMS) and other relevant technology.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
·Competitive and winning nature.
·Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
·Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
·Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
·Experience in a high customer (100s), sku count (1000s), high touch and Value-Added Services environment is heavily beneficial.

Salary:Annual salary: Commensurate with experience with variable bonus of 10% of annual salary.
