We're seeking a hands-on and strategic Warehouse & Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our manufacturing and warehouse teams. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring smooth production flow, efficient inventory movement, and alignment across logistics, purchasing, and customer service functions.

What You'll Do
- Lead and manage warehouse and production staff to meet daily and long-term performance goals
- Oversee production schedules, ensuring work orders are completed on time and to spec
- Ensure accurate inventory control and material flow using ERP and WMS systems
- Allocate resources effectively across departments and manage staffing needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with OSHA and GMP standards
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives in production, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean manufacturing strategies to enhance throughput and reduce downtime
- Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance schedules
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement
What You Bring
- Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or production environments
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and warehouse management software
- Solid understanding of workplace safety, GMP, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to maintain quality standards while driving operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with NetSuite for production, inventory, and reporting
- Hands-on knowledge of real-time inventory tracking via WMS
- Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma tools and methodologies
- Forklift certification or materials handling experience
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management , Supply Chain , or related field
