**Job Responsibilities**

* Implementation and Support: Warehouse and customer configuration, user training, application testing, problem solving

* Post implementation support for local site operational issues and configuration requirements for future process improvements including reporting specifications

* On site user training, creation and administration of associated documentation

* Support new release testing against customer requirements

* Assist with the research and resolution of SAP ECC/EWM/Operational issues within inventory movements/imbalances and customer accounts

* Assist with the monitoring and reporting on the performance and progress of the Process Development, RCG and Depot Returns and provide regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly or monthly basis

* Fulfilling other objectives and directions from the Operations/Corporate headquarters as assigned Support new release testing against customer requirements

**Decision Making Responsibilities:**

Decision making responsibilities are under the supervision of the Process Development Operations Manager. Work is performed within standard policies and procedures with daily requirements for independent decision-making.

**Financial Responsibilities:**

This position affects customer accounts, depot relations and company revenue. Review and changes directly to a customers account are not performed but internal actions may affect customer account(s).

**Required Qualifications**

* Education and Experience Qualifications

* High School Diploma

* Strong verbal/written communication, management and organizational skills

* Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities

* Working knowledge of Windows Applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

* Detail oriented and accurate, curious and adaptable learner

* Strong interpersonal skills (communication, presentation, issue management) with all levels within the organization

* Highly flexible schedule with ability and willingness to work extended hours and to travel
