Warehouse & Logistics General Manager
The Warehouse & Logistics General Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse logistics, material handling, and fabrication coordination to support construction projects. This role ensures smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, on-time deliveries, and efficient fabrication production while maintaining high safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Manager will lead warehouse staff, optimize workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient workflows, and timely material deliveries to job sites.Supervise and mentor warehouse staff ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Identify and implement strategies to improve warehouse and logistics, enhancing productivity and reducing waste.Coordinate the movement of materials and products between the warehouse, fabrication shop, and job sites, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety policies, promoting a strong culture of safety.Work closely with project managers, Prefabrication Operations Manager, field teams, and vendors to align warehouse operations with overall project and company goals.Skills & Abilities:
Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics in the mechanical industry.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse and fabrication environments.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop staff.Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in warehouse management.Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role within warehouse operations and logistics.What Sets Us Apart?
