This position typically supports the warehouse manager and supervisors in daily operations, focusing on efficient order fullment, inventory mananagement, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. - Receiving, counting, and storing stock, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, and maintaining accurate inventory records. - Supervising and training warehouse personnel, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational procedures. - Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, enforcing safety regulations, and complying with company policies and procedures. - Performing basic maintenance checks and ensuring warehouse equipment is in good working order.
