Position Summary: Marucci Sports is looking for a Warehouse Lead in Geismar, Louisiana! You will be responsible for the efficient flow of products for assigned buildings. We're looking for a motivated individual who understands the industry's best practices and can apply them to every aspect of their work. Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the daily activities of the department they are assigned to under the direction of the department manager
• Ensure hourly associates within the department remain on task
• Train new hourly associates within the facility on proper operating procedures of the department they are assigned to
• Coordinates and assists managers and other warehouse leads with receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, cycle counting, and shipping operations.
• Leads non-system managed projects as required by management staff.
• Responsible for area housekeeping.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

• Strong focus on safety.
• Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
• Must be capable of learning relevant functional areas of WMS (Solo Chain).
• Must be capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Highly motivated self-starter requiring minimal supervision.

Position Qualifications: Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Previous front-line supervision preferred.
