Join Our Team as a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate!

We offer a competitive pay rate of $18.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 3 weeks paid time off, and a 401k with a 100% match up to 6%.

As a Grocery/Warehouse Stocker Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's functionality by ensuring that materials, merchandise, and supplies are readily available. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive in a clean, friendly, and well-stocked environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from management and execute assigned duties efficiently.
• Restock shelves and floor inventory to ensure full visibility every day.
• Uphold a safe and clean work environment by organizing shelves, pallet areas, and workstations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the supply area by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conduct product rotations to minimize waste.
• Receive and verify products according to company delivery protocols.
• Update product labels with pricing and UPCs on backroom and store stock.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as required or assigned.
• Be available to work during peak store hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Engage in a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts.
• Ensure regular and punctual attendance.
• Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is a plus.
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, kneel, squat, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to work on the busiest store days, including weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule with day and night shifts.
• Commitment to maintaining regular and prompt attendance.
