Warehouse General Laborer - Florida Staffing : Job Details

Location: Tampa, FL

Pay Rate: $16.00 $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse General Laborer to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties throughout the warehouse

Wrap pallets and prepare them for shipment

Remove and dispose of damaged products

Assist with picking and staging orders

Lift and move heavy items as needed (up to 50 lbs or more)

Follow safety procedures and company policies

Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse supervisors

Requirements:

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred

Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
