Define the internal flow architecture based on the principles of Schneider Production Systems (SPS). Design global architecture for warehouse to optimize warehousing activities by designing Kanban loops between inventory and workstations. Define water spider loops and organize the evacuation of finished products and waste. Ensure reliability of warehousing time definition. Ensure safety and ergonomics conditions in warehouse and material handling activities. Define and involve the information system in line with the principles set out in MPH & Warehouse. Study the feasibility and profitability of investments adapted improve operations. Act as data-owner of warehousing (DEX) domain managing all data (creation, update, and deletion) in SAP.
