We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate who enjoys a hands-on role with variety-from shipping and receiving to light assembly and inventory control. What You Will Do In this role, you'll be a vital link in our operations, ensuring products are handled, assembled, and shipped with care and accuracy. You'll:

  • Fulfill orders with accuracy - Pull the correct parts per sales orders and prepare them for shipment.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing products - Verify, receive, and process shipments, returns, and inventory updates.
  • Pack like a pro - Follow customer-specific packing requirements to ensure safe delivery.
  • Keep inventory on point - Assist with counting, tracking, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
  • Assemble components - Perform light mechanical and electrical assembly, including work with computers, projectors, and small parts.
  • Operate safely - Use warehouse equipment, power tools, and hand tools with care.
  • Support logistics - Help coordinate with freight carriers to get shipments out on time.
  • Maintain a safe and organized workspace - Contribute to general maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Be a team player - Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Do You Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse operations.
  • Solid understanding of general warehouse and inventory processes.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to complete electronic timecards and operate various shipping systems (e.g., UPS, FedEx).
  • Experience with inventory transactions and inventory control procedures.
  • Ability to perform multiple non-technical tasks, with a willingness to enhance skills to adapt to evolving job requirements.
  • Strong ability to follow instructions and adhere to established work duties and safety procedures.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain a positive, proactive approach.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.
You'll Shine Even Brighter If You Have:
  • Experience with NetSuite (inventory control software)
  • Experience in an original equipment-manufacturing environment
  • Experience with basic carpentry (production of small wood assemblies using miter saw, screws, etc.)
