Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 pm - until complete, with 8-12 hour shifts.

Starting pay at: $21.63 / hour

Eligibility for Performance Pay incentives upon completion of 2-week training.

New hires can earn a retention bonus, up to $5,000!

Main Responsibilities:

• Safely and accurately select customer orders, build and wrap pallets to meet productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and operate an electric pallet safely.
• Access software to move products from racks to pallets and ensure accurate, damage-free selections.
• Efficiently deliver products to designated dock areas, shrink wrapping completed orders.
• Collaborate to maintain a tidy workspace by clearing aisles and returning equipment to proper storage.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 to over 100 degrees.
• Able to repeatedly lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs, handling 1,000+ cases of product during each shift.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proficient in English for effective communication, training, and safety compliance.
• Able to work night shifts, typically Sunday through Thursday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in demanding physical roles such as sports, fitness, farming, or construction preferred.
• Experience in selecting large-scale orders in a warehouse environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is advantageous.

Compensation varies based on experience and skills, with a base rate between $21.63 and $28.00. Overtime, retention bonuses, and incentive compensation are also available.
