The Warehouse Associate is an important member of our Varsity All Star team, ultimately responsible for performing various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. Tasks include box preparation, manage tape machine operation and flow, organizing stock, maintain inventory, picking orders with an RF Gun, and counting. May include driving an order picker or walking, pack, and ship orders.
Warehouse Associate should be extremely organized, able to multi-task, and project oriented. This person is responsible for making sure all inventory is accounted for accurately and placed in the most efficient locations for the Distribution Center's flow.
The Warehouse Associate will represent Varsity Brands by demonstration of company core values in driving the highest ethical standards of conduct in all business activities.

This job operates in a professional office, warehouse, and event environment. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist and must be able to climb a ladder occasionally. Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
During events, the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time (five hours plus) is required. The ability to communicate with customers and colleagues using the following but not limited to radio, walkie talkie, text message, and email is required. The ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and manipulate equipment that is a minimum of 50 lbs. is required.
