Join Our Team as a Warehouse Associate!

Pay: $20.00/hour, Benefits Starting on Day 1!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Scan products as instructed to ensure data accuracy.
• Sort, organize, and repack products to support production needs.
• Utilize assigned material handling equipment for shipping and receiving.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility as required.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Professional Relationships:

You will interact with employees, customers, and vendors at various levels, requiring a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in refrigerated environments (35°F-45°F) and potentially in cold storage (-10°F to +10°F).
• Flexible finishing times based on task completion, including potential overtime.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.

Experience:

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience preferred, ideally in a food-related setting.
• Must be able to operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ability to frequently lift 10-100 lbs.

Work Environment:

The work environment is cool and may involve temperatures up to 95°F in the warehouse or as low as 10°F in freezers.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk continuously.
• Frequent driving duties.
• Ability to lift various weights, including:
• 1-10 lbs: Continuously
• 11-20 lbs: Continuously
• 21-50 lbs: Frequently
• 51-100 lbs: Frequently
• Over 100 lbs: Occasionally

Additional physical requirements include pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, reaching, twisting, grasping, and manual dexterity.
