Compensation: Starts at $34 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Select customer orders safely and accurately while building and wrapping pallets to achieve weekly productivity and accuracy standards.
• Perform pre-shift equipment checks and adeptly operate an electric pallet.
• Move products from racks to pallets following order selecting software and equipment guidelines.
• Ensure selected products are correct and free from damage.
• Efficiently deliver products to the designated dock area and shrink-wrap palletized orders.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain clear aisles from debris, stack empty pallets, and return pallet jacks to the charging area.

Physical Demands:

• Able to work in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5°F to over 100°F.
• Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 20 to 80+ lbs. repetitively and moving over 1,000 cases of product each shift.

Your Qualifications:

• Proficient in reading and communicating in English to attend trainings, engage in conversations, receive safety and job-related guidance, read labels, and input information on reports.
• Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically from Sunday to Friday; weekends and holidays may be required.
• Recent experience (within the last 6 months) in physically demanding roles such as lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, or construction work is preferred.
• Experience in selecting large-scale orders within a warehouse or distribution center is beneficial.
• Familiarity with operating motorized pallet jacks or similar equipment is a plus.

Compensation varies based on experience, education, skills, and geographic location, with an expected base rate ranging from $34.00 to $38.00.

This role also offers overtime compensation, shift differentials, and freezer premiums as applicable.
