JOB TITLE: Warehouse Associate Location: Kent, WA 98032 Pay Rate: $20.00/hr Shift: Monday - Friday | 8am to 4:30pm | Temp-to-Hire JOB SUMMARY: Our Client is seeking a reliable Garage Door Warehouse Associate for a great temp-to-hire opportunity. This role requires physical work, drivers license, a clean background, and potential to grow into a warehouse + driver position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with loading/unloading and general warehouse tasks
• Lift and move materials up to 60 lbs
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces
• Follow safety protocols at all times
• Learn the role with potential to transition into a driving position upon hire
• Participate in on-site evaluations (tour or one-day work trial as needed)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Successful completion of application process
• Must pass drug and background check
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Clean driving record (no driving initially, but required for future role)
• No felony convictions
• Punctual and reliable work ethic
• Willingness to grow into a warehouse + driver role
