WHAT IS THE JOB?

As an Outbound Associate in our Distribution Center, you will be trained and responsible for picking, packing, and processing merchandise for the three channels of business: Direct-to-Customer, Store Support, and Wholesale. Each of these are as important as the next. You will fuel the entire enterprise by efficiently handling merchandise with attention to detail while emphasizing operational rigor and inventory excellence.

We are a small and close-knit warehouse crew so flexibility is important. You may be asked to receive shipments, pick / pack orders, process returns or any number of typical warehouse duties but it all contributes to the whole.

This is a high-end clothing distribution center that specializes in e-commerce fulfillment, brick-and-mortar store support, and wholesale. Branding is an important part of our model and one of our biggest brands is attention to details and presentation. We have very specific boxing and this sets us apart from the rest. Patience for details is a must.

Time and attendance are the most important metrics. Need to be willing to learn and listen to guidance from the supervisors and the tenured employees. Attendance is important, and if you are late/absent, your assignment will be ended.

Lunch: 1 hour, unpaid break. There is a break room with a refrigerator, microwave and lockers. There are some restaurants nearby if you need to purchase lunch as well.

***General Requirements***

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:

• Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
• Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
• Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
• Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
• Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
• Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
• There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
