Job Title: Warehouse Associate Pay Rate: $27.00/hour Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73145 Area Code: 405 Shift: 1st Employment Type: Direct, Full Time, Benefits #WarehouseJobs #LogisticsJobs #AerospaceCareers Belcan is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations at our site in Oklahoma City, OK. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient logistics flow, inventory accuracy, and excellent customer service-especially in support of high-visibility aerospace and defense programs. This is a direct hire position with full benefits, ideal for candidates with prior warehouse or logistics experience and a strong sense of organization and accountability. Key Responsibilities *Receive, inspect, and document incoming goods; report damaged or defective items. *Organize, restock, and maintain inventory across all warehouse locations. *Pick, process, and package outbound orders accurately and efficiently. *Deliver orders to internal teams or external customers as required. *Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move heavy inventory. *Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. *Resolve shipping or delivery errors and assist with customer inquiries. *Support continuous improvement by identifying better ways to store and ship products. *Communicate inventory levels, shipment statuses, and delivery issues to supervisors. Required Qualifications *2+ years of warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience *Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) *Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and start promptly at 6:30 AM *Comfortable working independently and following standard operating procedures *Prior experience with SAP or similar ERP systems strongly preferred *Forklift operation experience; certification a plus *U.S. Citizenship required due to the nature of the work Preferred Qualifications *Background in aerospace, defense, or government contract support *Familiarity with F135 fleet logistics or similar programs *Experience assisting customer service with order resolution and tracking Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
