• Company Growth and Facilities: ATS has 3 buildings with approximately 44 thousand square feet of warehouse, manufacturing, and office space. They are currently building the addition of another building that would be 46 thousand squares.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against the provided documentation.
• Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or defects, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Efficiently and safely store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse space to facilitate easy access and retrieval of items.
• Rotate stock to ensure older products are used first (FIFO).
• Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders or shipping schedules.
• Prepare orders for shipping, including proper labeling and documentation.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventory checks.
• Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS) to reflect accurate stock levels.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure proper labeling of outgoing shipments.
• Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues.
• Adhere to quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all warehouse activities.
