Compensation: $23.70/hr

Principal Accountabilities

• Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects, or contamination from muscle and tissues
• Supporting roles in the beef processing operations
• General use of knives and other tools
• Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing, and boxing finished products
• Ensuring food safety and quality standards are met

Required Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to work in the US without Visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No humanitarian parole status relating to Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, or Venezuela

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in meat processing
• Prior work experience in food production or manufacturing environments
• Experience using knives
