Warehouse Associate - Virginia Staffing : Job Details

Location: Sterling, VA. Shift: Monday Friday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM Pay Rate: $18/hr Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Industry: Food Manufacturing

As a Forklift Warehouse Associate, you'll keep our operations moving by ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. You will:

• Operate a stand-up forklift to load, unload, and transport materials in the warehouse.
• Receive, inspect, and track incoming shipments; document quantities, condition, and arrival times.
• Accurately pick, prepare, and stage orders for shipment or transfer.
• Maintain stock organization, including placing items in designated storage areas.
• Safely handle and store fragile or perishable merchandise in coolers/freezers (4055F).
• Perform cycle counts and track damaged, aged, or on-hold inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all company safety protocols.
• Use warehouse management systems for data entry and tracking.
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet deadlines and production goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating a stand-up forklift (certification preferred).
• Prior warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, or order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cold environments.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
