Position Overview

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in achieving outstanding store performance while supporting the overall branch goals. Your key responsibilities will include organizing products for delivery and maintaining the branch's organization.

What you'll do:

• Unload products from incoming shipments.
• Load products into outgoing vehicles for delivery, including both customer and company vehicles.
• Replenish and relocate products within the branch as needed.
• Assist customers with their product selections and provide exceptional support.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and methods to enhance business performance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills We Are Seeking:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• A strong safety-minded work ethic.
• Customer-focused with a dependable team-oriented approach.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience in the green industry or familiarity with landscaping, hardscaping, nursery, forestry, or irrigation products is a plus.
• Experience operating equipment like forklifts, skid steers, or front-end loaders is beneficial.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation: $16.50 per hour
