Warehouse Associate - NY Staffing : Job Details

Warehouse Picker Packers needed with a Cobleskill-based employer. Our client, a leading third-party logistics provider in Cobleskill, NY is hiring to join their growing team. In this role, you will pick a wide variety of items, place and arrange items in containers and bins following specific instructions, and put containers on pallets.

Your responsibilities include:

• Pick customer orders via pick sheets.
• Ensure correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to the shipping area.
• Use RF scanners to read the barcodes and transfer product information, quantities, and location information into their system.
• Keep records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Seal and tag containers and confirm the accuracy of orders.

About you:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Proficient organizational skills.
• Forklift experience, not required, but a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take direction, multitask, and be a team player.

Shift details:

• Night shift: Monday thru Friday 4:30 PM to 12 AM.
• Overtime as needed.
• Schedule and shift hours could change from night to day during peak season (Oct to Dec).
• Schedule flexibility is a must.

Pay rate:

• $18.25 per hour for night shift.
• $17.00 per hour for day shift if schedule changes.
