Warehouse Associate - First Brands Group : Job Details

Job Description: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our operations team. This role is a key part of our hitchpack and shipping department, responsible for performing a variety of tasks including order pulling, general warehouse duties, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position involves consistent dock work, staging for outbound shipments, and the use of electric pallet jacks. Key Responsibilities

• Hitchpack Duties:
  • Assemble and prepare hitch kits for shipment according to production and customer specifications.
  • Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for each hitchpack.
• Order Pulling & Shipping Prep:
  • Accurately pick and stage orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems.
  • Verify product numbers, quantities, and shipment requirements.
  • Wrap and secure pallets for transport.
• Warehouse & Dock Work:
  • Load and unload trailers at the dock using electric pallet jacks.
  • Move, stack, and organize product within the warehouse.
  • Maintain clean and organized dock areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
• General Duties:
  • Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
  • Assist in daily operations, including restocking and quality checks.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and repetitive movement.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
