About the Job: The position of Warehouse Supervisor will have primary responsibility to supervise and lead team members to load, unload, and receive freight and load outbound trucks/trailers/containers.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
  • Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal, external, and client audit requirements.
  • Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
  • Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines to team.
  • Motivate team members and assess performance.
  • Provide help to management, including assistance with hiring and training, and keep management updated on team performance.
  • Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and customers.
  • All other duties and projects assigned.

Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

3+ years of experience in shipping, inventory management, and warehouse operations.

Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently, certification preferred.

Experience using MRP systems.

Knowledge of production planning and raw material requirements.

Excellent communication skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry standards and regulations, preferred.

Strong computer literacy required including Microsoft Office skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Location: This is an in-office role based in El Paso, TX
