Start Date 6/30/2025End Date 7/31/2025 Job Title Warehouse AssociateDescription Position Summary The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for directing/ organization of the warehouse on a day-to-day work plan. Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility • Responsible for the daily scheduling of the warehouse in order to receive, ship, and destroy products at the facility in a productive manner. • Direct the day-to-day activities of the warehouse. Such activities include shipping, receiving, destruction, sanitation, maintenance, inventory control, etc... • Keep accurate inventory in JAAMS. • Direct the inventory control as to out of stocks, receiving errors, selection errors, and warehouse slotting of products. • Generate warehouse productivity reports in regards to Client generic supplies. • Coordinate with external recycling company to ensure items flagged for destruction are properly taken care of. • Maintain warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and all necessary repairs. Ensure that the personnel have safe, efficient equipment in order to perform the distribution function Minimum Requirements: Skills, Experience, Education, Technical/Specialized Knowledge, Certifications, Language • High School Degree. • 2-4 years' experience in a company with the responsibilities of producing, purchasing, inventory control, production control, as well as shipping, receiving and warehousing. • Strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilities. • Participative management type - advocates team concepts. • Well-developed interpersonal skills. • Ability to get along with diverse personalities. • Tactful and mature. Ability to establish credibility and be decisive - but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities. • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. • Excellent people skills, attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal skills required. • Basic math skills required. Intermediate computer skills also needed. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
