Warehouse Associate - Entech Staffing Solutions : Job Details

Job Position: Warehouse Associate Location: Holly, MI 48442 Pay Rate: $12.75-$16.10/hr (based on position, shift, and attendance bonus) Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd; full-time, contract/temporary with potential to be hired in Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Associates for a fast-paced distribution warehouse in Holly, MI. These full-time, temp-to-hire positions are perfect for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a high-performance team. As a member of the Quick Changeover Pit Crew, you'll play a key role in sorting, handling, and preparing parts for storage and shipment. Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday (possible OT on Saturdays)
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday-Friday (possible OT on Saturdays)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm-6:00am; Sunday night-Thursday night (possible OT on Friday nights)

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor sorting machines
• Dump and feed parts into machines
• Handle parts post-sorting and prep for storage or shipment
• Weigh, label, and stack full boxes on pallets
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Use hand truck or forklift to move parts
• Maintain documentation and follow supervisor instructions
• Support team with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Must pass non-THC drug screen and criminal background check
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills
• Able to work assigned shift and adapt to varying tasks
• Prior forklift experience is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and a desire to continuously improve
