Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate creation of finished goods in the ERP system and the recording of pallet IDs, lot numbers, trailer and seal numbers, item codes, and batch/job numbers for outbound products. This role involves labeling, wrapping, and securely loading trailers with finished egg products using material handling equipment (MHE). The associate also ensures the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to accurately create finished goods and byproducts.
  • Perform inventory adjustments in ERP/WMS as needed.
  • Maintain inventory organization using WMS bin transfers and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed for ingredients and packaging.
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment: labeling, pallet wrapping, and weighing.
  • Load temperature-controlled trailers using MHE and secure loads according to safety protocols.
  • Record all lot numbers, pallet IDs, and quantities for outbound shipments.
  • Coordinate with the Inventory Specialist or Supervisor to ensure timely trailer swaps at the dock.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the warehouse and dock areas.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance on material handling equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Required:
  • Experience using MHE including forklift and electric pallet jack.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment that requires attention to detail.
  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred:
  • 2+ years' warehouse, shipping and receiving or food manufacturing experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a food processing environment.
  • Bilingual Skills: Spanish/English.
  • 2+ years' experience operating a MHE including forklift, pallet jack, and scissor lift.
  • Computer Skills: Excel, WMS, ERP (SAP).

  • Company issued Safety and GMP PPEs and apparel.
