Warehouse Associate Location: Onsite - Cleveland, OH 44109 Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (Firm End Date) Open Positions: 3 Schedule: Monday - Friday (5 days/week) Shift: First shift (8-hour shift with flexible start/end times) Position Overview: We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support a critical 12-week project within a hospital warehouse environment. This role involves hands-on inventory and logistical support for a new hospital build in the Cleveland area. Candidates must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently to ensure timely completion of project tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, label, and track inventory items in preparation for hospital setup.
• Organize and manage clean supply rooms for efficient inventory operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical or documentation issues without direct supervision.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain project momentum.
• Think critically and adapt processes to keep tasks on schedule.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-3 years in warehousing or similar roles
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Background:

• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment
• Familiarity with medical supplies or products
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
• Self-starter with proven problem-solving skills
