Kitchen Guard Services is one of the largest kitchen exhaust and deep cleaning providers in California.Job Overview:Support warehouse operations including filter washing, inventory, shipping and receiving, equipment maintenance, fleet maintenance, vehicle fit out, and facilities support in accordance with company standards and values. Hours: 8:00 AM PST - 2:00 PM PST with flexibility to stay later if needed. Job Type: Full-time Location: Escondido, CA Responsibilities: • Ability to properly use pressure washers/filter washer machines. • Provide support for the overall warehouse operations as directed by the Warehouse Operations Manager and/or Supply Chain Manager. • Perform daily cycle counts and monthly physical inventory counts for multiple warehouses (e.g., Corporate Store, Franchise Store, Repairs, Tools). • Perform shipping and receiving activities to include documentation of material movements in ERP system and facilitation of PO's as needed to fulfill customer requests. • Pull and prepare supplies and tool kits for shipping to new franchise stores. • Prepare and assemble vehicle and equipment fit outs for franchise stores. • Perform preventative maintenance for fleet and equipment, report any discrepancies. • Repair and service equipment, as needed. • Support franchise store operations and supply chain activities, as directed. • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines. • Participate in ongoing safety training to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness. • Other duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by our Organization's Values. Qualifications:• Kitchen exhaust cleaning experience or industry knowledge • Experience using commercial dishwashers • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and compliance is a plus • Ability to use computers, MS Office applications and other warehouse software. Physical Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs., and able to kneel/stand for extended periods
- Up to 10% local travel within a 100-mile radius
- Relevant work experience in a warehouse environment
