Warehouse Associate - Automation Personnel Services : Job Details

Job DescriptionWarehouse Associate (Bilingual- English/Spanish) Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Warehouse Associate for a company based in Duncan, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support day-to-day warehouse operations, operate forklifts and other equipment, assist with inventory control, and ensure accurate, on-time order fulfillment-all while communicating effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking team members. Pay Rate $17.00-$19.00 per hour Schedule and Hours 1st Shift and 2nd Shift positions available, must be flexible with shift assignments and available for occasional overtime as needed Warehouse Associate Duties and Responsibilities • Safely operate forklifts, chainsaws, and other machinery to complete tasks such as loading, unloading, staging, and transporting materials. • Pull and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup with a high level of accuracy and efficiency. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse work area, tools, and equipment. • Provided clear bilingual communication (English/Spanish) with team members, supervisors, and customers. • Assist with inventory variance investigations, ensuring order accuracy and resolving track-and-trace issues to maintain smooth warehouse operations. Warehouse Associate Qualificationsand Requirements • Minimum 1 year of warehouse or distribution experience • Prior lumber experience desired; engineered lumber experience preferred • Forklift experience required - certification a plus • Ability to perform basic math and apply analytical skills in inventory and order accuracy • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required Job Type Full-time, temporary to hire Benefits • Weekly Pay • 401(k) retirement plan • Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance • 5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus) • 6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar year Interested in this job?
