Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly! As a Warehouse Associate, your contributions will help facilitate our customer's needs while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders based on specific customer requirements.
• Scan products as instructed to accurately capture essential data.
• Sort, organize, repack, palletize, track, weigh, and break down various products to support production.
• Ship and receive products using designated material handling equipment.
• Engage in various facility sanitation duties as required.
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by management.

Working Conditions:

You'll be working in a temperature-controlled environment, ranging from 35°F to 45°F in coolers to 10°F to +10°F in freezers, and may encounter warmer conditions up to 95°F in the warehouse. The role may require you to work periods in a freezer environment with company-provided apparel.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in cold and variable temperatures.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience preferred, particularly in a food-related setting.
• Experience operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts (both sit-down and stand-up).
• Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 10 to 100 lbs regularly.
