Join Maersk as a Warehouse Associate and be a vital part of our dynamic team focused on daily warehousing and distribution operations. In this role, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling inventory with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick, pack, and build pallets to prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and effectively.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and RF scanners.
• Inspect shipments and prepare them for outbound delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of items.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, cherry pickers, RF scanners).
• Attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.
• Strength to lift heavy items and perform repetitive motions.
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Strong organizational skills for effective inventory management.

General Requirements:

While working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be asked to:

• Work independently and as part of a team to pick, pack, and ship items.
• Safely lift and relocate inventory items, up to 50 pounds, as needed.
• Operate machinery and perform other physical tasks efficiently and safely.
• Engage in reaching, crouching, bending, and other physically demanding activities.
• Remain on your feet at a fast pace for the entire shift.
• Adapt to an environment that includes forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and various warehouse equipment.
• Follow any specific dress code requirements; close-toed shoes and pants are recommended if not specified.
