Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is a key player in our production department. This individual will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse functions including pulling cores based on pull lists, managing inventory, receiving and checking in inbound shipments, preparing outbound shipments, and updating systems with accurate information. The ideal candidate must be forklift certified and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is based at our Cambridge, Ohio location and is a fully onsite position. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pull cores based on daily pull lists to support production and shipping needs.
  • Assist in organizing, labeling, and maintaining accurate counts of warehouse inventory while conducting periodic inventory audits as needed.
  • Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage. Capture and upload pictures of inbound products into our systems.
  • Verify and document order contents and update appropriate logs and systems to reflect receipt.
  • Enter notes and relevant updates into internal systems to ensure up-to-date tracking and transparency across departments.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Provide support across warehouse operations as needed, including shipping, packing, and restocking.
  • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
RequirementsEducation and Experience:
  • Forklift Certification is Required - must be able to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to enter data into warehouse systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift. Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
