Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is a professional who is responsible for fulfilling the logistics behind receiving, processing and storing inventory according to purchase orders and store policy. This associate will also be responsible for setup, operation and monitoring machines daily inside of the warehouse. Duties/Responsibilities: •Retrieve the proper material in coordination with machine production •Pull/prep orders for shipment •Receive, verify, and stock all incoming material •Return inventory after production to the correct location •Communicate regularly with team members and management regarding concerns, discrepancies, and continuous improvement ideas •Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times •Other duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: •Ability to push, pull, and lift product using material handling equipment •Attention to detail Education and Experience: •High school diploma or equivalent. •A background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving and inventory is required •Working knowledge of safety regulations and procedures •Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn •Forklift operator experience is a plus Physical Requirements: •Ability to lift 50 lbs. •Ability to stand/walk entire shift Compensation: $20.00 per hour Newbury Franklin Industrials ( NFI ) is the data-driven industrial manufacturing and distribution platform of Newbury Franklin, a private equity firm focused on long-term holdings.
