**Warehouse Associate**

**About the Role**

Integra is currently opening new distribution centers across the United States to help support this massive growth. Our DC located in the Columbus, OH area was opened in 2019 and has quickly become a hub for our operations. We are looking for individuals who can help not just with our day to day fulfillment, but those we can train and develop into lead and trainer positions, in addition to the potential ability to pivot into other departments like Customer Service.

We are currently offering multiple shifts, including the following:

Weekend: B1 - Friday-Monday, B2 - Thursday-Sunday, B3 - Friday-Sunday + Tues, B4 - Friday-Sunday + Wed

+ Increase operational efficiency, company profitability & customer satisfaction by accurately and safely receiving & storing materials, as well as picking, packing & scanning orders for pickup and delivery.

+ Processes high volume orders efficiently in a fast paced environment; Palatalize, label and shrink wrapping orders.

+ Proactively communicate quality & inventory issues within the distribution center. Attend product knowledge meetings as required by management.

+ Assist with methodologies of packaging and shipping of orders for consumer goods; Dismantle and dispose boxes in the Warehouse and Corporate Offices.

+ Maintain the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and equipment.

+ Compare identifying information on outgoing shipments to verify product and counts match outbound shipment documentation.

+ Partner with management to analyze your performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

+ Promote peer to peer accountability to ensure all team members adhere to company SOPs and safety procedures.

**Qualifications**

+ Must be 18 years of age or older.

+ High school diploma or GED preferred;

+ Prior experience in distribution or warehousing preferred.

+ Ability to lift heavy objects up to 30 lbs.

+ Ability to read and interpret documents.

+ Operation of Forklift and Cherry Picker preferred.

+ Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
