WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE INVOICER- 1st Shift - York, PA - Aurora Parts & Accessories, LLC : Job Details

Build and tender Bills of Lading (BO - Ls) for outbound freight Invoice customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Fulfill and prioritize will call orders using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods Greet and assist customers at the will call counter with a friendly, professional demeanor Schedule and coordinate outbound shipments, including customer pickups and LTL carriers Load LTL shipments and assist in pallet banding and packing for shipment Maintain clear communication with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth order flow Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with shipping and invoicing standards Requirements: Proven experience in invoicing, shipping, or logistics Familiarity with BO - Ls, LTL shipping, and freight scheduling Ability to lift and load freight as needed Strong customer service skills and a professional, positive attitude Excellent time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment This position plays a key role in delivering...Warehouse Associate, 1st Shift, Warehouse, Associate, Customer Service, Manufacturing
