Warehouse Associate - Inbound Day Shift (Full Time) - Columbia Sportswear : Job Details

Job Summary:

Join Columbia Sportswear Company's Inbound team and play a vital role in receiving and processing incoming products that support our global distribution network. As a Warehouse Associate I, you'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where accuracy, safety, and efficiency are key to delivering excellence from day one.

Columbia Sportswear Company Distribution Center7000 N Leadbetter Rd, Portland, OR 97203

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PMFlexibility required for overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay & Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
• Merit increases up to $26.30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload incoming shipments using manual or powered equipment
• Verify product accuracy and condition against packing slips and purchase orders
• Label and scan products into inventory using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Sort and stage items for storage or further processing
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English
• Basic computer skills or willingness to be trained
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs, push up to 80 lbs, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and accountability

Additional Information:

This position is part of theInbound departmentand focuses on the accurate and efficient processing of incoming products. Associates may be eligible for cross-training and advancement opportunities within the distribution center.
