What You'll Be Doing As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate II, you'll play a key role in making sure our customers receive the right product-on time and in great condition. Your main duties will include:

• Order filling and packing using an RFQ scanner
• Inspecting product for accuracy using bolt gauges
• Supporting warehouse cleanliness and organization
• Learning and assisting with Receiving and Kitting as needed
• Following all policies, safety guidelines, and warehouse procedures

You'll work with a dedicated team, stay busy all day, and have the chance to grow your knowledge across multiple warehouse areas.What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting and enjoys learning new tasks. Minimum Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, and/or order filling
• Forklift experience required
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• A self-starter who works well independently and with a team
