Job Title: Warehouse Associate II (Shipping/Receiving ) Job Summary: The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for picking, preparing, verifying, and processing outgoing and incoming deliveries. This role ensures accurate handling of shipments and distributes products to their proper locations while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Schedule 1st shift 7am - 3:00pm or 10am-6pm (TBD) | Starting comp $20/hour Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick, prepare, and verify outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure all shipments are properly packaged and labeled with correct shipping information.
  • Prepare bills of lading and waybills for domestic and international shipments.
  • Process orders and receipts using SAP, UPS WorldShip, and FedEx Ship Manager systems.
  • Accurately receive and log all incoming deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Package finished goods, including container loading, for shipment.
  • Coordinate with customer service, purchasing, and freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Respond to shipping requests from various internal departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping, receiving, and warehouse areas.
  • Replenish inventory accurately while minimizing use of partial boxes.
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently after proper certification.
  • Participate in routine cycle counting and inventory control activities.
  • Utilize wireless scanners for order processing.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-3 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience.
  • SAP system experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience required; certification and experience with Raymond, Counter Balance, and Turret Lift preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager systems preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
