JOB SUMMARY: As a Warehouse Associate Level One, you will be responsible for performing various tasks in a warehouse environment to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of goods. Your primary duties will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips or purchase orders. Unload and store materials in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and inventory accuracy. Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items according to customer requirements. Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and disposing of packaging materials. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently. Assist in maintaining security and safety standards within the warehouse. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status, issues, and potential improvements. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines and quality standards. Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job performance and productivity NON-PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): Perform other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong communication and teamwork skills. ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Forklift certification. Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures. Flexibility to work different shifts as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS: Fast-paced environment with frequent lifting and moving of materials. Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels. Requires standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Compensation and Benefits The compensation for this position typically falls between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour/per year. This position is or is eligible for overtime. This position may be eligible shift differential. Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
