Warehouse Associate I (Assembly/Laser Production Areas) REPORTS TO: Section Manager CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time Non-Exempt SCHEDULE: Day Shift: Mon-Thurs 5:00am - 3:30pm LOCATION: Factory JOB SUMMARY: This particular position will be dedicated to the assembly/laser production areas, and will be responsible for following a standard sequence of operations to support the flow of production on the kitting/assembly and laser cutter functions. Duties range from picking and packing orders, cutting fabric, kitting and assembly for multiple production projects, and shipping of products as needed. The Associate will also be cross-trained to perform a variety of functions in various departments to support business and operational needs; i.e., receiving, replenishing, fabric cutting, and shipping. Employees will be placed daily based on work demands and in alignment with their skills, knowledge, and abilities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Special kitting and packaging of products
• Cutting fabric
• Inventory restocking/replenish (inventory adjustments); maintaining accuracy
• Operate a 120-watt laser as needed for the template production area; load and reload acrylic into laser
• Maintains workstation in a neat, clean and orderly fashion, and performs job duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow proper safety procedures, be aware of OSHA requirements when running the laser equipment, and follow DOT regulations/safety standards when driving a company vehicle
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Adept at using a computer and handheld technology is required during the order fulfillment and laser set up processes
• Overtime may be required during peak periods

• Reading and comprehension

Physical requirements:

• This position requires continuous walking and standing for long periods of time
• Squatting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, bending, twisting, reaching, pushing and pulling on a frequent basis
• Frequently lifting up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive motion of wrists, hands, and/or fingers while operating a keyboard
• Able to navigate ladders or step stools as needed
