What it's like to be a Warehouse Associate at R&R Solutions

As a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at R&R Solutions, your day-to-day responsibilities will be essential to our operational success. You can expect to perform tasks such as receiving and processing incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and preparing outgoing orders with precision. Accuracy and attention to detail are paramount as you ensure that products are correctly labeled and stored. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to optimize workflows.

Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., providing a consistent routine that allows you to develop your skills and grow within the team. What we're looking for in a Warehouse Associate - Full Time

To excel as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at R&R Solutions, certain skills and competencies are essential. A strong foundation in organizational skills will enable you to manage inventory efficiently, while attention to detail is critical for accurate order processing. Physical strength is necessary to lift and move heavy boxes, up to 50 lbs, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Proficiency in inventory software and basic math skills is required, along with familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Effective communication and teamwork are vital, as you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals. Time management skills will help you prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while solid problem-solving abilities will allow you to address challenges as they arise. Experience operating forklifts and other equipment is beneficial, and adherence to proper safety procedures is a must. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with prior warehouse experience and intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Applications and Google Docs.

Licensing or certification for heavy machinery operation is strongly preferred.
